I got my first electric guitar at 17 as a bonus present for conquering first place in the admission exam for an engineering course at Pontificie Universidade Católica. For years I had to spend almost all day there, but soon I was happy to find a place in there, actually the Laboratory of Physics, where I could rest, at the same time fueling my scientific curiosity with pleasing extracurricular talks about physics and... why not... playing the guitar!!!
If it is necessary two eyes to get the depth sense, I could say my perspective about music came from an artistic but also scientific mind: the tone, yes..but also the wave and the frequency; the unspeakable melancholy in a prelude by Chopin, eternally yes ... but also “On The Sensations Of Tone” by Helmholtz. So, it is not completely unnatural that my music be related to scientific themes, in the case, astronomy.
I hope you enjoy it!
